  • Served as Principal Consultant for the review of the National Employment Policy, coordinating technical inputs and collaboration among government ministries, social partners, and relevant international development agencies.
  • Conducted national labour market diagnostic studies assessing employment trends, informality, youth employment, private-sector absorption capacity, and structural labour market challenges in Nigeria.
  • Led a nationwide employment mapping field research and reporting project for the ILO, generating evidence to inform employment and labour market policy decisions.
  • Produced an Employment and Labour Market Diagnostic Study of Nigeria to support policy formulation and programme design.
  • Carried out research on employment and livelihood promotion in rural Nigeria, with a focus on labour market conditions and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on jobs and livelihoods (2023).
